Donate a Computer

What would you do if your computer was taken from you for two weeks?  Most of us would not know how to continue our work!  Having access to the latest technology gives us an upper hand in today’s society.  This is true for middle and high school students, as well.

Take Stock in Children of Sarasota County is committed to supporting each of our students throughout their years in school.  Many of our students do not have their own computers and must rely on the computers at their school or at the public library.  Recently, we received a phone call from a woman interested in donating a computer.   After explaining our program – she was so excited to be making such a difference for one of our students – she donated a printer as well.

Pat Krohmer was able to meet and spend some time talking to Tessa Milligan, a junior at Riverview High School and her mentor, Marjorie Peter.
